The name and the appearance of this polish describe exactly the weather outside! Well, I wish the weather looked as nice as this polish does, but it doesn’t. When it comes to polishes I love the blue/gray shades like this one. The jelly and milky finish with a little bit of white/silver particles floating around looks just wonderful. After applying the first coat, I thought I was going to need at least three coats, but two coats were enough to cover completely.
