You certainly need a classic red color in your polish wardrobe. CND Vinylux Liberte is exactly that and it’s a really nice one too. After the first coat I considered going in with the second coat, but it wasn’t necessary, so I stopped after the first coat. I definitely love how it looks without the second coat.
CND Vinylux Liberte is a creme that got me thinking of jellies while applying the polish. I don’t necessarily think it’s a jelly, but it’s quite close.
