It’s been a while since I’ve done such a manicure and now, wearing it, I’m so glad I remembered this technique! It’s so easy! You just drop some polish on the surface of a glass of water and spray on top of it, forming the “holes”. Then you dip your nails into the water and there you have it!
I used a light blue on top of my red that I was wearing, the beautiful CND Vinylux Liberte.
