The sweet pastels from the Chic Shock collection that CND Vinylux has recently released are just perfect as bases for different nail arts. That’s why I just couldn’t pass this opportunity to add some water decals on top of CND Vinylux Taffy. These feathers looked delicate enough for this base. I actually have feather combinations for all of the four pastel polishes but I thought one color is enough lol. Maybe I could have done a skittle with these polishes combined with different feathers! I wish I would have thought about that when I did this manicure :P Oh well, you’ll just have to imagine that for now.
