When it comes to pastel colored nail polishes, mints like CND Vinylux Taffy have always had a special place in my heart. I remember one of my first mints, Essie’s Mint Candy Apple and how much I loved that polish! I still have it in my stash, so I should wear it from time to time.
That’s why I was thrilled to apply this beautiful, light mint on my nails the other day. Pastels and spring are kind of related to each other in my world so this is the perfect time for my nails to get into the spring mood. The polish is coming from the recently released Chic Shock collection from CND, a four pieces collection for the pastel lovers.
The application was just as good as it was for CND Vinylux Jellied. That means that I could have applied one coat if I would have applied the polish with that in mind, but I would advise you to apply that extra coat for longer wear time and maybe better coverage. Now my nails are kind of short so I guess for longer nails you will need that extra coat of polish.
