This theme is always a challenge for me. It’s because most of the times I don’t have the patience for a guide-made manicure and I almost always want to try the freehanded style. That means that the result is many times not so perfect and stripes kind of require that.
But I went on with my freehanding and ended up with this manicure. I started with my beautiful base OPI – Don’t touch my tutu (one of my favorite white jellies of all times) and started doing stripes with Sweden Nails – Mercedes and Pro Nails – Come out of your shell. I covered everything with a polish from Etude House (sorry, can’t read/find the name) that I’ve got for a long time ago as a gift from A Lacquered Affair. The subtle glitter is gorgeous and so are the tiny hearts which required some fishing. But when I finally managed to get them out, I’ve got a whole bunch, haha.
