Little Ondine – Practical Magic

I’ve still got a couple of Little Ondine twin sets left to show you. Today’s colors are very close to the ones that I love a lot, at least the white one called Propose. The silver polish used as an accent is called “Overnight”.

The application was even trickier than the ones that I’ve tried before. I’m sure it’s because of the water base. Whites are always more difficult to apply than other colors so I shouldn’t be surprised. The polish almost covered in two coats but I think a third coat would have covered some of the areas that weren’t covered entirely.

I’ve also discovered another way of using these polishes! I’ve had a nail breakage (pretty big actually) the other week and I considered cutting the nails to the very short level which I’m sure I’m going to do in less than a week. Then I thought I should repair it (there are a couple of good methods to use) but I was short on time so I thought I would experiment with wearing these water based polishes on top of my breakage without repairing it first. If it would have broken even more, that would have been OK, since I wanted to cut off the length anyway lol. Well, it turned out these polishes keep my nail breakage together just as good as the repairing kits that I’m using! No need to wear anything else for a while lol!
