Half-moons for Christmas

I thought these nails would work perfectly this time of the year! Yeah, I’m starting to get into the Christmas mood already. Christmas is only a month away so let’s bring on the Christmas spirit and wear all those pretty and festive shades that we own :D

Once again, this is a simple design that is easy to freehand (yes, very easy!!) and that could be eye-catchy or not, depending on the shades you are wearing and the sizes of the half-moons. My half-moons ended up being kind of small which means the whole look was quite subtle. I might do a new one with bigger half-moons in the near future, you never know :).

I’ve only used one polish for this manicure (besides my base- and top- coats!). That is Jade Scarlet, a gorgeous metallic polish that I’ve received in a swap with a girl from Brazil for a couple of years ago. Do you see the color shift? It’s visible in certain lights and it’s gorgeous!

I think I’ve never worn the shade before! Such a shame to have such beauties and never use them!
