31DC2014 – Day 6 Violet Nails

For today’s challenge, Violet Nails I wanted to paint some violet butterflies. I started with a couple coats of IsaDora – Bella Vita that has a beautiful subtle shimmer that I had forgot that the polish had. Very pretty! I continued by painting the insides of the butterflies’ wings with Smitten Polish – To me, you are perfect. That is another gorgeous polish! I consider layering it over Bella Vita, they are really gorgeous together! I continued by painting the contour or the butterflies with the black Nordic Cap NP12 then added some more color to them using OPI – In the cable Car Pool Lane.

For last year’s Violet nails I used acrylic paint.
