If you are a glitter lover (like I am) you would enjoy such a beautiful blue glitter! The polish is coming from Pipe Dream Polish and it’s called Rhythm and Blues! The high opacity of the polish and the smooth formula makes this a great glitter to wear on it’s own but I’m sure it would behave quite well layered on top of another polishes of combined with a blue base in a gradient. The glitter lies in a blue colored jelly base that emphasize the blue and silver glitter perfectly.
