Today I have an orange neon to show you coming from my haul in France. This is a medium orange that covered in two coats and dried matte. When I’m dealing with sheer neons I’m usually using a white base but it wasn’t needed in this case as the polish covered easily without any undies. The application went smoothly and the polish is self leveling. I applied a top coat because I always want my neons shiny :D

I wonder why it is that neons always seem to dry to a waxy or matte finish? Is it because of the type/amount/color of pigment used? Great pictures! :)
