Nail Art Sunday is back today (Yay, I’ve been waiting for that since Lela decided to take a summer vacation). I’m also participating today at PolishTogether‘s monthly nail art installment with the theme – Peridot which is the birthstone for August. Peridot is a yellow-green/lime-green stone and I’ve had quite some manicures on my mind featuring these colors. I did one of the ideas that turned out to be a little wrong color wise (I’ll be featuring that one soon ;) ) and I ended up doing a manicure inspired by Sammy at The Nailasaurus: Waterfall manicure. This is really easy to do and I love the effect of it so you can expect more manicures done with this technique in the future. Sammy has done a great tutorial here if you would like to do something similar. The base for my manicure is the beautiful Pastelchio from Lime Crime. For the strokes I’ve used: Zoya Logan, A England – Holy Grail and Wet ‘n Wild – Miami Spirit.
Så enkelt och så snyggt!
i thought i didn’t like this nail art on long nails but i guess i was wrong aha this is beautiful !!
Som den Peridot-fantast jag är så kan jag inte annat än att gilla denna även om Peridotlacket inte är inblandat:)
