Polish Days – Geometry

Polish Days - Geometry

This Polish Days’ theme is geometry! That sounded like so much fun! The thoughts began to run to lots of geometric figures, but in the end I had to put it on my nails and that was a bit of a problem. This is actually my third try with this theme and finally, I’m happy with it! This is what I’ve used:
For the base color: OPI – My Boyfriend scales walls
The red: China Glaze – Poinsettia
The green: Essie – Mojito Madness
The Blue: Sephora – Curacao

This is how I’ve done the colored part: I’ve painted polishes on a bit of plastic. When the polish had dried I’ve cut the polish blocks into pieces and than placed them on the nails. I tried to do one theme on each nail: one square/rectangle nail, one circle nail, one triangle nail and one with a rectangle, a bit of a circle and a triangle.

I love the primary colours and squishy look! I was going to do this too but found it tricky to cut the polish into small shapes.

Thank you! It was a little tricky and time consuming. With a little bit of patience though, it kind of worked :D

It’s a very nice job you have done.

When I first saw the picture I started to laugh, we, yoou and me the 2 swedes in Polish Days did the same type of mani again. And if someone is wondering no we didn’t talk about it previously. Maybe we should next month :)
