I’m always on the run after a good white base for neons or for some nail art but whites are a little bit difficult to find with the right formula. My latest white is OPI – My Boyfriend Scales Walls which came out this spring. I’ve just got this color today and I love the look of it. It’s not entirely white, but it’s white enough to be used both as a base for neons and as a base for nail art. The formula isn’t that great though. I expected it to cover in two coats but it was still streaky after the second generous coat so I had to put on a third coat. I feel it was worth the third coat though. I love how it looks and I can wear it as a white manicure as well as a base color.

Jag gillar verkligen detta och tyckte inte formulan var särskilt knepig heller. Jag behövde också tre lager, men jag tror inte jag har någon vit som funkar med mindre.
Hitills är nog det här lacket det jag tycker bäst om bland mina vita lack. I alla fall rent formulamässigt.

This became my favorite white polish. I know what you mean about the first coat being streaky…Great after 2-3 coats though :)

Nailtastic: Om jag minns rätt så funkar Orly Au Champagne med två. Jag gillar dock My Boyfriend scales walls väldigt mycket :)
Chaosophia: När det gäller vita lack så gillar jag formulan på Orly Au Champagne bäst, men jag gillar bättre finishen på My Boyfriend Scales Walls och Don’t touch My Tutu. Min favorit…. Svårt…. Det står nog delat mellan My Boyfriend Scales Walls och Don’t touch My Tutu.
