OPI DS Illuminate

Welcome to another Holo Friday hosted by Sminkan & Emma. This time I’ve picked up a classic color from the OPI DS Series called OPI DS Illuminate. This holographic polish has an amazing green shimmer in the bottle that unfortunately doesn’t transfer to the nails. As much as I would love that shimmer to transfer to the nails, I still love how this polish looks on my nails. It’s kind of a darker nude (brown) with all these holographic sparkles that I really love. It’s nice picking an older polish, especially when the polish looks as gorgeous as this one does!

The formula is still very good (after all these years) and so is the opacity. I only needed a couple of coats for OPI DS Illuminate to cover enitrely.
