CND Vinylux – Sienna Scribble

I didn’t have high hopes for Sienna Scribble even though it had such a beautiful contrasting shimmer in the bottle. Shades like this tend to lose their shimmer once the polish reaches the nails. Sienna Scribble didn’t. I was both surprised and happy to see that the green shimmer that the bottle shows is actually there, even if it’s in a subtle way!

It also has such a pleasant honey shade! I guess it’s one of those shades that could collide with your skin tone but mine didn’t and I was really happy for that. Sienna Scribble could pass as a work appropriate polish that also has that extra something.

The application was good and the polish covered in two coats. The polish left some brushstrokes on the nails but that’s exactly what one expects from a shimmer. Also, the brushstrokes aren’t that visible in person but they appear more visible because of the extreme close-up angle that I’m using.
