For today’s Nail Art Sunday I decided to do a Topaz inspired manicure. The reason for that is that I wanted to be able to participate at @PolishTogether‘s monthly event that has the theme Topaz this month. The color of topaz is Orange and I wanted to do a manicure that isn’t based on orange but that has orange elements in it. I wanted to do some new swirls but I wanted to do them a little bit different than I’m usually doing them. I started with OPI – My Vampire is Buff as a base and used acrylic paint to do the swirls and the outlining of the swirls. I’m not that found of the result of this manicure but I love the idea and I’m definitely going to repeat this in a different color scheme and hopefully to be able to do it better.

Now when I got the Vampire I’m even more interested in what can be created with the polish :) You are right, it’s a wonderful base color, and the swirls are quite original!

Wow, det där var verkligen skitsnyggt, färgerna passar superbra ihop (förstår inte varför du inte gillar den?). Det får mig att tänka lite på Game of Thrones, antar att det påminner en hel del om något medeltida smycke eller något i den stilen :)
