Neons! I love them during summer! Today I have a pink neon to show you, Color Club Poptastic. What I like about pink neons is that they are more opaque than yellow and orange ones. This one dries matte (like most neons) so you can choose between having a matte surface or adding a top coat to obtain that glossy finish. I wanted it glossy so what you see in the picture is three coats of Color Club Poptastic and one coat of China Glaze Fast Forward.
