Nail Art – Matte subtle flowers

The mattes were really catching my attention this spring and Zoya’s collection Natural Satins is such a perfect collection for nail art! These polishes act like neutral bases that can be used for all kinds of designs. My choice today is yet another floral manicure with Zoya Sage as a base and flowers painted with a mixture of IsaDora City Light and Zoya Ana. I also added some silver in the middle using A England Encore Margot and some leafs with Wet ‘n Wild – Miami Spirit. I topped the manicure with one coat of my favorite matte topcoat right now, Cirque – Matte Look. The design was much more subtle than I imagined it would be, still the color combination was so lovely! Maybe I could have added some more contrast in form of more contrasting pinks and/or yellows but for now I just enjoyed the colors as they are. Maybe I’ll do another version of this with more contrasting colors. What do you think? Is this too subtle?

Åh så fint! Snyggt med den lite “smutsiga” basen.

They are lovely! There is something – the green lines – that remind me of a spray marble ;)
