I’m still very much in love with the Pipe Dream Polish neon called V.I.P. Pass. I decided that this would be my base for some tribal water decals from Saijtam.se. The decals come in both white and black patterns which can be cut and applied on top of any polish you might want to wear, both light and dark. Mine is kind of dark (or medium at least) so I went for the white patterns that pop quite well on top of my neon purple. I actually didn’t use the pattern as it is intended to be used, which is to cover the nails entirely. I cut out patterns from the wraps which I then applied on top of my base, at either the top of my nails or the base.
