This Sunday I’ve picked up an old neon that I remember loving a lot when it came out. The neon is Pipe Dream Polish V.I.P Pass, a really beautiful polish that covered in one single coat. The polish dried matte (as neons usually do) and I’ve considered keeping it matte because I really enjoy matte manicures, but I had some other plans for this manicure (soon to come) so I applied a regular top coat. I still love the intense purple shade.
Do you remember these neons? They were really popular back then when they came out. I’m not sure Pipe Dream Polish still makes polishes, but they surely made some stunning ones.
