OPI Sun, Sea and Sand in My Pants

OPI Sun, Sea and Sand in My Pants turned out to become a favorite. From the beginning I didn’t think much of it. It looked like a regular yellow that would certainly work nicely for Easter. But then I couldn’t wait for Easter to try this on, so I picked this one up the other day.

The surprise for me was that OPI Sun, Sea and Sand in My Pants was not that yellow. It had more of a orange tendency, even if it’s not a “real” orange. Do you see what I mean? It’s a yellow that lean towards orange! I love that it has that red-ish hue.

When it comes to application, I couldn’t ask for more of a yellow polish, or actually of any polish. I think OPI has really nailed the formula of this collection so far. The polish was just as easy to apply as any polish from this collection and it covered my nails with a couple of coats.

The shade makes me want to apply some water decals on top of it or to stamp with what it came out to be my favorite stamping plate ever, MoYou Fashionista 08. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed another plate as much as I’ve enjoyed this one, so I might use that again on top of this polish, maybe. I’ll be showing you that nail art soon, I promise.

OPI Lisbon

As you’ve probably read before, OPI’s Spring/Summer collection 2018 is called Lisbon and it’s inspired of Lisbon’s beautiful colors of the flowers, the sea and the terra-cotta houses of this city. OPI Sun, Sea and Sand in My Pants is one of the twelve polishes that come with the Lisbon collection.

OPI Sweden

We are soon entering February and that means that sometimes during this month the Lisbon collection will be available to buy on the Swedish market. For more details, take a look at OPI Sweden’s social media sites:
