This time of the year I love wearing sparkling polishes. Troy is one of those not so obvious silvers that are black-ended. Could you call it steel-gray? Maybe you could. I happened to match it with a medium gray blouse and the match was kind of perfect! I love when such things just happen haha. As with most Zoya polishes, Troy had a smooth and opaque formula and it covered in one single coat.
