Tickle my France-y is a classic polish and I actually own a full-size bottle of it. It’s been one of those polishes that has been with me from the “early days” and I even remember wearing a nail art with this polish as a base and orange neon tips and a flower-y water decal. I loved that! As expected the application went perfectly. One could wear this with one coat but a couple of coats will increase the durability. Do you happen to own this polish?
