Yesterday’s guest post at Eleven.se was all about Washington DC :D Well, the whole world followed the events in the US so why not publish such a guest post, right?
I tried to do something different with these polishes. I used a sponge to overlay some colors on each other then I continued diluting the colors, blending them in a way with a little bit of nail polish remover. That’s actually all that is needed for this manicure.
