None of your Risky Business is so much vibrant in person than it looks on my screen! I guess the camera and/or my screen couldn’t handle that shade. This is a milky orange neon and likewise yesterday’s yellow, you won’t need a white underneath to make it pop. I guess the white is built in ;) In addition, I think you could make it cover in one single coat! It almost did for me, but not quite, haha. Maybe next time. On the other side, two coats is good enough for me when it comes to coverage. This is a neon so I don’t expect it to cover in less than two coats!
