I was into a sheer mood the other week and I wanted to wear a couple of polishes from Essie’s Retro Revival collection. I went for a combination of Birthday Suit (as a base) and Bikini with a Martini on top of it. It was a sheer-enough base for my decals but not too sheer.
On top of my base I applied these rose decals. I wonder if I’ve chosen the right base for them. What do you think? Would you have chosen a different base?
