I love the base of these half-moons! It’s Essie – Chinchilli, an oldie but definitely goodie which I’ve worn a couple of times before and which I plan on using again this fall. It would make a great base for both water decals and other nail arts such as flowers, doticures and so on.
I freehanded the half-moons and used A England Excalibur for a silvery contrast. It’s always a challenge to be able to freehand geometrical shapes perfectly and I’m far from being perfect with this mani but it’s the charm of freehanding! This method is quick and with time and practice one gets better and better at freehanding!
