Roundup for August and September

Both August and September were just so busy that I haven’t even have time to do a roundup for August! I thought I would combine August and September in today’s roundup just to catch up a little bit!

Nail Art August

Favorite three nail arts during August:

• The pastel-colored trees on a white background
• The dotticure with a golden edge
• The red flowers on pink done as a guestpost for Robin at Roaring Nails

Nail Art September

September was an all nail art month so there is more material to choose from for my favorites. I had a hard time choosing my favorites but in the end I think I loved these three manicures the most. A roundup post for the 31DC2015 comes tomorrow.

Polishes during August

My favorite polishes are coming from August because I haven’t shown any swatches during September. My favorites are all indies coming from Edgy Polish.

Book launch

The beginning of September brought a book launch of my latest book The Art of Nail Care – A guide to healthy looking nails. I think having a proper nail care routine is crucial and I tried to do my best showing how to take care of your nails in this book.

I loved the process of writing and putting together books so I decided to start my third nail book “Work Appropriate manicures – Stylish and elegant nails for work” which I hoped to be able to finish at the end of September. The schedule was a little bit optimistic so I’ll have to reschedule the date to the end of October. Also I would love to thank you for the feedback on the cover of the book.
