Nail Art – violet bow on pink

I really loved the shade of Ciaté’s Wanderlust and I wanted to do some kind of nail art on top of it.

The sweet shade made me think of bows, something that I’ve actually never painted on my nails before :D

I considered doing a bow on every nail but then realized that I would get bored of seeing so many bows and I ended up doing an accent nail with it.

I also wanted the bow to contrast a lot against the background but still harmonize with the colors so I went for pixi – Very Violet. I outlined the bow with a black (Nordic Cap NP12) then mattified the entire manicure.

* This is a scheduled post so I won’t be able to read the comments and answer to the questions right now but I’ll be doing that as soon as I get back from my vacation :)
