The fan brush technique is such a fun one to use! I could just play around with it any time of the day, combining finishes and colors into both expected and unexpected manicures.
This is one of those times when I planned on doing a design that turned out into something else but I just love when that happens :D
I started with one coat of Teeez – Outta Control then applied one coat of Wet ‘n Wild XoXo. For the fan brushes I used Revlon Charming.
