Nail Art with Water Decals

This is another manicure that I’ve done for Hail the Nails this spring. I love the base of it (it’s China Glaze Pack Lightly) and the interaction between the base and the colors of the water decals. These water decals were thin and easy to transfer to the nails and it was a real pleasure to work with them. It’s really important that the base of the manicure is really dry before you put on the water decals. The reason for that is that you want to move the water decals around a little bit after you’ve transferred them to the nails in order to get the placement that you wish. If the base is still a little bit sticky, the decals are going to be stuck in the same place you’ve put them the first time. Therefore I’m recommending you to apply a fast drying top coat in between the base and the decals in order to speed up the drying up process of the base. Always finish the manicure with a top coat. Otherwise you’ll start seeing deteriorations to the decals after about an hour and after a day they will wear off.

Väldigt ljuvt och vackert! Borde köpa lite nya dekaler när jag kan börja måla igen. För att inte tala om att jag måste använda de jag fått av dig:)
