I did some pictures for Hail the Nails the other week and this one stood out among the other ones that I’ve done. I’m a big fan of water decals and when they are as cute as these ones I just can’t resist not putting them on the blog too. The base is three coats of the beautiful OPI – Don’t touch my tutu, my favorite white when it comes to jelly polishes. The decals are very easy to apply once the base is completely dry. You’ll have to wait a little bit for the three coats of the jelly to dry before you apply any decals on top of Don’t Touch my Tutu but it’s so worth the wait! I’m using a fast drying top coat to speed up the drying up process.
