Today I want to show you another manicure done with water decals. The base is Revlon – Charming which I’ve used as a base for floral water decals before thanks to its light and spring-ish look. The water decals come from Hail the Nails which I’ve done the picture for. I love how Charming is harmonizing with the decals, I really think this is a really pretty match. I also love these decals which can be used as a full manicure or as an accent nail.
