I’ve tried a different approach this time with the loose glitter gradient than the one I did with the turquoise glitter. I started with my base which is Lilypad Lacquer – Blooming Violets then I topcoated the manicure and sprinkled glitters on my nails with a bigger nail art brush, trying to make the glitter land on my tips instead of all over the nail. I think the result is better than the first try and I also think it helps to have a solid base instead of the bare nail as I had on my first try. The purple glitter harmonized really well with the pink base but I think I could have gone with a bigger contrast between the glitter and the base too. Maybe I should try such a combination too to see how it works.
