Appeal4 – Meadow Rue

I must say I’m impressed over the variety of finishes that Appeal4 has done, all being amazing. I mean, look at this one! It’s not only a shimmer, it also has lots of sparkling flakes infused into the beautiful purple base! It’s one pretty finish, that’s for sure! I also love the base color and the glossiness of the nails while wearing Meadow Rue. The polish is covering in two easy applied coats and it has a nice and smooth formula. What can I say! This one has stolen my heart :)
