Roundup January 2015

First month of the year has already gone and we are at the beginning of February already! Time to do a roundup post for January. I think roundups are a good way of both seeing for yourself the month’s activity on the blog and they facilitate the end of the year’s top lists both for polishes and for nail arts. Let’s take a look short look at January’s highlights.

Features

During January I’ve had three guest posts featured at Eleven.se.

Nail Art

Favorite Nail Arts Jan 2015

Favorite Nail Arts Jan 2015

When it comes to favorite nail arts, three of them stood out for me:

  • Leopard on Nude – Yes, more negative spaces here. I loved the contrast between the nails and the green and black leopard spots
  • Floral – I’m always in love with florals!
  • Water decals – The easiest way of doing nail art ends up as a favorite this month!

Polishes

Favorite Polishes January 2015

Favorite Polishes January 2015

  • Zoya – Harlow  One more polish from Zoya’s matte re-released collection ended up as one of January’s favorites! These mattes are really fabulous!
  • Pipe Dream Polish – Make it Rain A green glitter is a must have on my favorite list! This one is just soooo pretty!!
  • Layla – Cobalt Layla has done a great job when it comes to the gel effect polishes! Cobalt is one of my favorite.

Now I’m looking forward to do the February’s posts! I’m planing on showing a whole week with Valentine’s nails starting with February 8th and ending with February 14th! Because Valentine is on Saturday I’ll start the Valentine’s week next Sunday.

Jag tror jag har missat blommorna, eller glömt dem, vilket verkar konstigt eftersom det är tokfint! de är min favorit helt klart, är också mycket svag för blommor!
