Welcome back today to the second part of the Live it up Collection from Cirque Colors! We have three gorgeous glitters to take a look at today and I love all three of them!
Let’s Dance – This is one happy glitter, that’s for sure! If you want a colorful glitter, this is the one for you! I layered one coat of Let’s Dance over a black polish (A England – Lancelot) and I couldn’t stop staring at my nails :D They are sparkling in all the colors of the rainbow and I love it! I’m sure this could be layered over most colors but black seemed like the perfect base for it!
One More Time is a little different from the other glitters because of it’s bar glitters! The color combination is so cool! We’ve got white, black and gray glitters and they would work with almost any base besides these three colors! I chose a classy red, Essie – She’s Pampered and I love how it looks over this red! I also love the tiny glitters that are infused into the clear base!
1999 – A lovely white and silver holographic glitter that contains glitters in different sizes and shapes! I’m seeing squares, triangles, stars and hexaglitters in the transparent base. I’ve layered 1999 over OPI – I saw… you saw…We Saw.. Warsaw and I loved this combination! I’m sure it would look great over most colors!
The Live it Up Collection from Cirque Colors will be released on November 13th and the polishes will be available at their site and at the stockists in the list including the Swedish Edgy Polish. If you purchase Holo-Day Cheer or 8 Crazy Nights (the ones that I’ve shown you yesterday) until Dec 31th 2014, 20% of net proceeds from the sale of them will be donated to City Harvest: A food rescue organization dedicated to helping feed the nearly 1.5 million New Yorkers facing hunger.
Final thoughts: This collection is right up my alley and it’s going to be my favorite pick for the coming Holidays! I would love wearing Holo-Day Cheer for Christmas and 8 Crazy Nights for New Years Eve but I would also consider the red combo with One More Time for the days before Christmas! It’s really hard to pick favorites from the collection and I don’t have to :P I can wear them all during this winter :D. The glitters are really easy to apply and you will only have to fish for the stars in some of the glitters if you want to wear them as accents on a certain nail.
