Pretty & Polished – Heart of the Ocean
It’s Blue Monday today in Sweden and this time the organizer is Makeupbyblowfish. My contribution today is a gorgeous blue glitter coming from Pretty & Polished named Heart of the Ocean. The composition of the polish is very much alike Liberty Bell Ruby, only the base is a dark blue jelly instead of magenta. The overall impression is just as gorgeous as Liberty Bell Ruby! The polish is a stunner indeed! Two coats were enough to reach opacity and the polish was easy to apply.
Heart of the Ocean comes from Edgy Polish.
