I absolutely love wearing flowers during summer. Painting them with neons make them even more summery than if I would have painted them in other (more subtle) colors. The base of my manicure is the pink Layla polish that I’ve shown you for a little while ago that comes from the Gel Effect Series. For the flowers I picked up my bottle of Flip Flop Fantasy (the original shade) from China Glaze and Are You Jelly? also coming from China Glaze. I painted the dots with a small brush dipped in Nordic Cap NP12.
