China Glaze – Peonies and Park Ave

I’m always in for a pink neon even if I might have a couple looking similar to this one! The great coverage makes Peonies and Park Ave to one of my favorites in this range of neons since it was effortless to apply and covered in two coats. I’ve applied the polish without a white background and it worked just fine :) The matte surface that neons usually dry to can be avoided by adding a topcoat and I did so because I love my neons shiny :) The polish comes from China Glaze’s collection named City Flourish.

    I will never tire of bright pinks like this one! I also prefer my neons to be shiny too – they all seem to lean matte!

    2 coats without a base for a neon – its a very good result! the color screams for summer! :)
