I’m very much in love with Lotus Begin from China Glaze’s spring collection City Flourish! The color is so vibrant that it reminds me of a neon and I’m almost wondering if it’s not meant to be a lilac neon because it dries half matte. I had some issues with the application as I felt the formula was a little bit runny. The polish covers in two coats though, so the coverage is good. With a topcoat on this polish looks amazing!
Did you get any polishes from the City Flourish collection yet? If not, are you planing on doing that?
