Let’s take a look at another neon coming from Pixi! I love neons and right now when winter has finally arrived with the white snow and all it seems like I’m enjoying neons more than ever ^_^. This is such a beautiful one! I thought it would cover with one coat but I actually needed two to get rid of the VNL (not that I really care about the VNL but for some reason I didn’t want to see it this time :D ). The polish was easy to apply and it dried matte as neons usually do. One coat of topcoat and the polish dried even faster than it did without a topcoat while I’ve got my beautiful and shiny surface :)
