The BusyGirlNails challenge is already at week three and this week’s theme is Oxblood. I think OPI – In the Carpool Lane is the closes to Oxblood that I might have in my stash. I’m actually wearing these kinds of colors rarely and I’m not quite sure why because I really think these colors are pretty! Let’s start by looking at OPI In the Carpool Lane. The dark red color has a purple tone to it which is really lovely. After the first coat the polish looked a little bit streaky but the second coat evened all up.

Rediscovering my Shimmer Polishes I used the beautiful Shimmer Elsa to do a glitter gradient. I love how well Elsa is complementing the base color!
