Last year I’ve bought a yellow “neon” from Ruby Kisses named Yellow Bikini. I actually didn’t think it was so neon-ish but it says neon on the bottle :) I was so pleased with Yellow Bikini that I decided to get the purple one coming from the same collection named Electric Purple. This one was a nice surprise since it didn’t only look amazing on the nails, it had a great coverage and it was a semi jelly! What you see on the nails is one coat with a topcoat on. I’ve had such great experience with these two Ruby Kisses neons that I want to get more of them. They were still available the last time I checked (at the local store) so I’ll have to get at least one more from that collection.
