Are you feeling the summer coming closer yet? I’m trying to, so every now and then I’m wearing a neon hoping to bring summer a little closer :D Mad Magenta is very close to being a neon. It dries to a satin surface and it’s bright and fun! I would wear it for summer or for invoking summer as I’m doing right now! Two coats were enough for me to reach opacity and I topped it with a top coat because I love the shiny look.
