At first sight Ozotic 914 looks like a chrome polish with glitter infused into the navy blue base. Taking the polish into the sun, magic starts to happen! All the particles that seemed to be small glitter are in fact holographic shimmer and the rainbows start to form in each particle sparkling into the sun! Now isn’t that an amazing effect? I know I fell in love right away with the finish of this polish! Two coats were needed for full opacity in the picture below.
