Nail art Sunday with my contribution to A Lacquered Affair birthday’s nail art contest

My contribution to today’s Nail Art Sunday is very special since this is my contribution to a nail art contest that I’ve won!!
A Lacquered Affair has organized together with Shoppe Eclecticco a nail art contest on instagram to celebrate her birthday and a one year blogeversery.  The theme of the contest was Birthday: What comes to your mind when you think of birthdays? I had to enter the contest and for that I did this cupcakes and candles manicure:
