Orly Skinny Dip is a medium blue with a subtle greenish shimmer. The polish was released this summer as part of Orly’s neon collection “Feel the Vibe”, but I’m not sure I can call this polish a neon! I wonder if a blue can ever look like a neon? This color is very fresh and summery! Because it’s part of a neon collection I tried layering this over a white base which worked well. I needed two coats to cover the white base. I think it’s a great color and the green shimmer adds something extra to this polish. Unfortunately the green shimmer is visible only if you look close to the surface.

I just got this and haven’t tried it yet. I agree…It doesn’t quite look like a neon…but it’s a really pretty blue :D
