I have a herring problem is a beautiful dusty blue polish with golden shimmer that comes from OPI‘s Holland Collection 2012. The polish covered in two coats, but I expected it to be a one coater. The formula is watery and you have to get used to how it works to cover with as few coats as possible. There was no problem with the drying time which was fast together with my China Glaze Fast Forward.
